Mr. Midena has over eight years of experience in the pharmaceutical consulting industry. He was previously with the Mattson Jack Group as a Senior Consultant (U.S.A, U.K.) and Datamonitor Plc (U.K.) as the Director of Modelling and Forecasting in the consulting area.
In both these positions he was responsible for both syndicated and ad hoc modelling and forecasting. Model types included epidemiological-based forecasting, estimation of first-year market share, promotional effectiveness, and time-series and probability modelling.
Topics included market/ product forecasting, e-detailing, event forecasting (new product, patent loss, promotional changes, etc.). Mr. Midena also gained experience through Martin Hamblin Gamma (U.K.) as development manager and Brogan Inc. (Canada) as a pharmacoeconomic analyst.
